Simone Brewer serves as the Chief Talent Officer at Hayes Gibson Property Services, bringing more than 20 years of experience in training, human resources, and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has focused on empowering individuals, strengthening leadership capabilities, and driving organizational performance through strategic talent development and employee engagement initiatives. She has designed and delivered leadership, compliance, and skills-based training programs for organizations across the Indianapolis area, including the Indianapolis Colts, Pearson Education, Denny's, Conner Prairie, and the Indianapolis Indians. In every role, she has strengthened leadership capability, clarified strategy, and enhanced employee engagement.

Simone holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Business. She recently earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation, further demonstrating her dedication to excellence in the HR profession. In addition, she has obtained her COS and C3P industry credentials, reinforcing her expertise and commitment to professional growth.

Originally from St. Andrew, Jamaica, Simone moved to the United States at age 15. Her diverse background and global perspective influence her leadership philosophy and fuel her passion for creating inclusive, people-centered workplaces.
