Shannon Brown serves as a Regional Manager with Hayes Gibson Property Services for the Northern Kentucky portfolio.

With more than 16 years of property management experience, Shannon brings extensive expertise in portfolio operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident relations. Her career began with the Kentucky Housing Corporation as a Financial Coordinator/Tenant Liaison, where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, HUD regulations, compliance, and tenant relations.

Prior to HGPS, Shannon served as a Regional Property Manager and Impact Team Manager with Winterwood, Inc., managing a diverse portfolio of tax credit communities serving families, seniors, and Scholar House residents. Her experience includes developing high-performing teams, conducting property inspections, evaluating asset needs, maintaining budget discipline, and resolving complex operational issues.

Shannon is known for her attention to detail, commitment to compliance, and ability to balance strong financial performance with quality resident service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son and two dogs, attending University of Kentucky games and live music events, exploring nature, and kayaking.
