About Danielle Anderson

Danielle joined Hayes Gibson Property Services as Director of Tax Credit Compliance on June 2, 2025, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in affordable housing and compliance. She began her career in 1996 in Indianapolis, later spending nine years at the Indiana Housing Finance Agency, where she earned multiple professional certifications and conducted compliance reviews for LIHTC, HOME, CDBG, and trust fund programs.

She then worked 13 years at Valent Real Estate Services as Compliance Manager, overseeing lease-ups for LIHTC projects and gaining expertise in several additional housing programs. Most recently, she served as Director of Housing Compliance at Uplands Economic Development Corporation, managing compliance for 16 properties and providing training support. Danielle is proficient in Yardi systems and active in IHCDA’s Compliance Working Group.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her large blended family, camping, fishing, reading, and traveling, including annual fishing trips to Toledo Bend.
