About Leesa Garcia

Leesa joined Hayes Gibson in April 2026. She has over 17 years of experience in affordable housing and property management. 

At Hayes Gibson, Leesa is responsible for all aspects and oversight of our LIHTC portfolio and compliance SOP.

Throughout her career, Leesa has successfully led Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs), LIHTC audits, developed compliance protocols to strengthen performance and reduce risk, and provided ongoing guidance to site teams to ensure full regulatory compliance. She is highly regarded for her ability to navigate complex compliance matters with accuracy and efficiency.

Leesa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University and an Associate of Business Administration from Minneapolis Business College. She also carries an impressive list of industry certifications, including CPM, COS, C3P, ARM, and more, and has contributed her expertise through leadership roles with IREM.

Outside of work, Leesa enjoys interior decorating, traveling, and spending time with her family.
