Cassandra Mikesell serves as a Regional Manager with Hayes Gibson Property Services and has more than eight years of experience in the affordable housing industry. She oversees a multifaceted Indiana portfolio that includes communities supported by PRAC-811, PRAC-202, HOME, Rural Development, LIHTC, Project-Based Voucher, Project-Based Section 8 programs and market-rate multifamily communities.

Cassandra's expertise spans affordable housing compliance, portfolio operations, lease-ups, adaptive reuse initiatives, full-site rehabilitations, and tax credit acquisitions. Her professional credentials include the USDA Rural Development STAR Certification, Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) qualification, and Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) designation.

In her role at HGPS, Cassandra focuses on strengthening relationships with property owners, developing her team, expanding her portfolio, and driving strong financial and operational performance across the communities she supports.

Outside of work, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, cheering them on at baseball, soccer, and basketball games, reading, and catching up on reality television.
