Brandis Sprouls serves as a Regional Manager with Hayes Gibson Property Services and has more than 15 years of property management experience with a background which includes leadership across LIHTC, HUD/Section 8, market-rate multifamily, and senior housing communities, as well as new construction lease-ups, and the onboarding of newly acquired assets.

Prior to joining HGPS, Brandis served as Director of Residential Property Management at Fairlawn, where she led a residential portfolio of more than 3,000 units and managed a team of Regional Managers. She also played a key role in developing company-wide policies, procedures, and training initiatives designed to strengthen consistency, compliance, and operational performance.

Brandis has the Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) and Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS) designations and holds an Illinois Real Estate Broker's License, which brings hands-on experience in real estate sales transactions, complementing her property management and business leadership expertise.

Outside of work, Brandis enjoys spending time with her daughter, Zayda, and her grand dog, Onyx. She also enjoys traveling, especially to beach destinations, exploring thrift shops, and trying new restaurants.
